Rachel grew up in Chicago, where throughoutchildhood she performed as a ballet dancer and classical musician at venuessuch as the Auditorium Theatre, Grant Park and Orchestra Hall.

After receiving an M.F.A. from the University ofWashington’s Professional Actor Training Program in Seattle, Rachel moved toNew York, where her theatrical credits include Manhattan Theatre Club, StudioDante, the Mint Theater, 78th Street Theatre Lab and others.  Regionalcredits include the Berkshire Theatre Festival, the Repertory Theatre of St.Louis, the Delaware Theatre Company, Arkansas Repertory Theatre and the IdahoShakespeare Festival.  Rachel has appeared in numerous independent films,including the title role in the award winning short The Lady LovelaceDeception System, and appearances on the small screen include NBC'sThirdWatch and Showtime's The Artist.

After dividing her time between New York City andLos Angeles, Rachel returned to Chicago, much to her family’s delight. Recent credits include the short film The Small Assassin.
