Molly is a life-long Chicagoan and darn proud of it. (Go White Sox!) She grew up in the western suburb of Glen Ellyn with her brother, sister and lots of cousins running around! Molly made her mark on the high school theatre scene at Glenbard West and then headed to the cornfields of Urbana-Champaign where she earned her BFA in Acting from the University of Illinois. Shortly after graduating, Molly headed back up north to live in the city that she had suburbed for so long. It was there that she fell in love with and continues to nurture her passionate affair with Improvisation. Molly has gone through training programs at Annoyance Theatre, iO Chicago and Second City and has played at the Playground Theatre (PASTOR OF MUPPETS), iO Chicago (PAT SHAY DANCERS, MAUDE, SOLID STATE, CUTLASS SUPREME) and also with pH Productions (pHRENZY, pHAMILY THE MUSICAL, WOMEN ON TOP, and DOLLPROV). Molly also loves writing and performing sketch comedy and has performed in numerous sketch shows all over town. She has performed in Chicago Sketchfest every year since 2004! When not coaching high school speech (Go DGN!), learning sign language, or playing with her dog, Lucy, Molly can be found improvising on stage with her team MRS. DAD at iO Chicago – Come check us out!
