Karen has appeared in 20 productions at Writers’ Theatre, most recently as Hesione in Heartbreak House and Shelly in Do the Hustle.  Just before that she performed the role of Julia Child in the world premier of To Master the Art, written by William Brown and Doug Frew and produced at Timeline Theatre.  She has worked at The Goodman Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Northlight Theatre and Peninsula Players.  She is a proud member of AEA, Joseph Jefferson nominee and an After Dark Award winner.

And if she could get acting jobs in which she could also ride horses, her performing aspirations might be fulfilled.
