Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, Jarret grew up on a horse farm riding and competing in state and regional competitions. He spent his free time fishing, biking, hiking and taking dance classes at Liz Cornay Dance Studio. When Jarret first attended college at Oklahoma City University, he was enrolled as a biology major with a soccer scholarship. When he graduated, he left with a Bachelor in Performing Arts and immediately was hired by Jean Ann Ryan Productions to perform in Encore Mr. Producer with producer Sir Cameron Mackintosh. Jarret has also acted as a stager and choreographer for Jean Ann Ryan Productions. Later, Jarret moved to Chicago where he was offered a contract with the world renowned Gus Giordano Jazz Dance Company. It was there he fell in love with his wife, Alyssa, and found his home in the city of Chicago.

Since then, he has performed with the Radio City Rockettes and worked as a Knight/Stunt Performer for Medieval Times in Chicago. For two years, Jarret and his wife traveled the world working with Norwegian Cruise Lines as a specialty act performing adage, balance and aerial work. While on board the ship, Jarret became a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise. Recently, he has settled back in Chicago where he has worked with Director David Bell as fight captain and pas de deux dancer on The Boys from Syracuse at Drury Lane Theater in Oakbrook. Also at Drury Lane, he was seen in Mame and is currently performing in Curtains with Director Bill Brown. When he is not performing, Jarret spends his time taking Tae Kwon Do, learning Japanese, and enjoying life with his beautiful wife, Alyssa.
