Dennis William Grimes

Recent projects include a guest staring role on ABC's Detroit 187 and Strawdog Theatre's Master and Margarita. This summer you can find him in an adaptation of Henry IV Part's 1&2 and then later Henry V at the Oak Park Festival Theatre. While in Chicago, he has performed at the Goodman, Next, Northlight, TimeLine, Provision, and Walkabout theatres amongst others.  Regionally, he has worked for several seasons at the Illinois Shakespeare Festival. 

Dennis hold a B.S. in Theatre from Illinois State University with a dual emphasis in Acting and Design/Production has studied at Moscow Art Theatre  In Chicago he has studied Folio Technique with Susan Hart, Jeffery Carlson, Kate Buckley and Greg Vinkler, and On Camera technique with Matt MIller. 

Around town, you can find him working as a production electrician for Studio Services Inc. on the Oprah Winfrey Show, and for the new cable network OWN.
