Resume
Caitlin Collins, a Chicagoland native, has been in love with and a part of the Chicago theatre scene since she was a child performing in The American Girl Revue. Last spring, she originated the role of Anna in Magnolia at the Goodman Theatre, directed by Anna D. Shapiro.
Caitlin recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northwestern University with a B.S in Theatre and a Music Theatre Certificate. While at NU, she was directed by such prolific faculty as David H. Bell, Henry Godinez, Dominic Missimi, and Amanda Dehnert. Favorite NU productions include The Handmaid’s Tale (Offred), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Titania), Amadeus (Constanze), Bye Bye Birdie (Kim MacAfee), The Sins of Sor Juana (The Novice), Doubt (Sister James), and The American Music Theatre Project’s newest musical, Not Wanted On the Voyage (Hippolyta/Choir).
Caitlin was a Cherub with the National High School Theatre Institute and spent a summer in the Midsummer in Oxford Program with the British American Drama Academy. She has trained at the Actor’s Gymnasium and showed off her “tap-dancing while juggling” skills in the independent film, Children on Their Birthdays. She looks forward to what's next!
