Brianplays the leading role in the independent feature film The Defiled.Produced by Grant Guignol Productions, The Defiled isan official selection of the 2010 Chicago International Film Festival, the BramStoker Film Festival in England, and several smaller US festivals. He has aprincipal role in the independent short Birth of a White Boy, andrecently appeared in an episode of Detroit 1-8-7.Brian appeared off-Broadway at the Barrow Street Theatre as Jim Lehrer inThe Strangerer by Mickle Maher. Brian is afounding member of the acclaimed physical theater company Plasticene,whose work has performed in Chicago, New York, and Edinburgh. Plasticeneproductions include The Palmer Raids, Blank Slate, OneFalse Note: Or How to Rob a Bank, doorslam, HeadPoison, Volume XII and Refuge. Heis currently working with Plasticene to create a new work titled Graphomania^x forthe In the Works series at Millennium Park.

Brianperformed as Jonathan Blue in the world premiere of Waving Goodbye forNaked Eye Productions at the Steppenwolf Studio.He has appeared at numerous theaters in Chicago including NationalJewish, Famous Door, Immediate, Redmoon andthe NeoFuturists. Internationally he has worked at INFANT Festivalin Serbia, the Festival ofthe Americas in Montreal and the Hispanic Theater Festival inMiami. Brian has done several commercials including spots for NorthshoreHospital, West Suburban Bank and Weathertech.

Heis a Professor in the Theater Department of Columbia College,where he teaches physical theater, movement and acting.
