Amy is a native of thenorthwest suburbs, but began working in the city at a young age. Starting atthe age of 11, she spent three years in the cast of the musical theatre show atAmerican Girl Place. Since then she has worked with many theatre companies includingMetropolis Performing Arts Centre, Profiles Theatre, and Victory GardensBiograph. Here in Chicago, she has studied acting with Peggy Roeder,David Murphy, Sean Bradley and voice with John Komasa, Mark Elliot, and RandyBuescher.
Her interests and talentsextend beyond the stage; film work includes commercials for Baskin Robbins,Tampax, MasterLock, the US Military, as well as several short films. She hasalso worked as a stand-in on films including “A Nightmare on Elm Street.” Andif you stop by Walmart or “most other superstores,” you can catch her on theMainStays air mattress box!

Her proudest achievementthus far is being a college graduate! In June, Amy graduated with honors fromDePaul University with a BFA in Theatre Management, and minors in French andBusiness Management.
Fluent in French, she spent last summer in Paris working and learninghow to live. When not on stage, Amy spends her time reading biographies,rollerblading, and visiting her parents in England.
