Agent-In-Training Program

The Agent-In-Training Program with Gray Talent Group is an excellent opportunity for young professionals to learn the business before setting out to find a job. They will be an integral part of the office, working with our agents to learn the ins and outs of the field. As a result they will have a strong understanding of the talent agentand casting worlds. The program is a full year, running from January 1^st through December 31^st, after which they will be strong contenders for available positions in the field.

Eligibility and Requirements:

·     18 years or older

·     Have a BA or similar professional experience

·     One year of availability for a full time commitment

·     Live in or move to Chicago
